Consonance and dissonance

According to the sound intervals are classified as:

In the beginning numbering is enough.

Consonances: 1, 3, 5, 6 and 8 (and correspondings larger than octave)

Dissonances: 2, 4 and 7.

The 4th is nearly allways a dissonance in two voice texture.
